When Can I Expect To Receive My Order? Standard service orders will be dispatched within 1 or 2 days on 2 day service. You should expect to receive these within 3 to 5 days of placing your order. RETURNS POLICY RETURNING UNSUITABLE OR UNWANTED ITEMS If you simply change your mind, we are happy to accept returned products for refund within 30 days, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition with the original packaging (also in perfect condition), tags, labels and accessories. Items returned damaged, or in damaged packaging, cannot be refunded in full, a discretionary charge will be taken. Unwanted items must be returned at your own cost, we suggest always using a tracked postage service for smaller items, or for larger items, a courier service such as www.parcel2go.com RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS Should any of our products fall below the high standards we expect, please return them within 30 days with your receipt and we will happily exchange or refund them.
