Outwell Trout Lake 4 Polycotton tent, sleeping compartments, zip in groundsheet and extension all in excellent condition. No rips holes or other damage. All zips etc working. Only sign of wear is the colour has faded slightly in the sun. All the alloy poles are undamaged with the connecting wires intact. In my opinion it’s more like a 5 person tent in size. Comes with the Outwell front extension specifically made for this model of tent although I understand it will fit other models. Footprint is also included. Very comfortable tent which stays cooler in the heat and warmer in the cold compared to standard polyester tents. Comes from pet and smoke free home. Collection from South Stoke near Goring and Streatley about 10 miles from Reading. Please note the side door does not have the eyebrow shown on the size diagram.
